A 5-year-old boy was killed after a tree crashed on his parent’s car on Thursday 12th, during a windstorm that struck Georgia.
Egan Jeffcoat, according to his grandmother, was with his mother, Tabatha Anglin, alongside an unidentified man inside the vehicle when a big tree fell on the car in Butts County, Georgia.
Authorities also confirmed that Egan died on the spot; his mum, Anglin, was not injured, while the unidentified man sustained a serious injury and was immediately rushed to the hospital.
Stonix News learnt that on Thursday 12th, nine deaths were recorded in Alabama and Georgia due to several tornadoes formed in the South.
