Adeboye’s 120 Daily Cars: I Was Quoted Out Of Context – Pastor Komaiya Cries Out

Ola ‘Kiya, Reporting

PRESIDING Pastor of the Master’s Place Int’l Church, Pastor Korede Komaiya, popularly known as Pastor KK, says he was quoted out of context over a viral news that Pastor Enoch Adeboye receives 120 car gifts per day.

Stonix News reports that Master’s Place Int’l Church has its headquarters in Warri, Delta State.

Some online news channels (Not Stonix News) had reported that while preaching, Pastor KK had said that the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Adeboye, receives no fewer than 120 cars as gifts per day.

But in a terse statement made available to Stonix News on Wednesday in Warri, Delta State, Pastor KK, who marked his 52nd year birthday last Sunday, said the story was a product of unverifiable lies, misconceptions and hyperbole.

“Our attention has been drawn to a certain online publication by some micro-blogging outlets that our Presiding Pastor Korede Komaiya gave an account of Pastor E.A. Adeboye getting 120 cars in a day.

“By this publication, we issue a severe disclaimer to these malicious reports from unscrupulous elements as all they engage in, is to peddle unverifiable lies, misconceptions and exaggerations.

“This serves as a notice to the General Public that the message of our Presiding Pastor as erroneously transcribed by these micro-blogging platforms was TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT and as such, this viral publication is not how it was said or intended.

“Notice is, hereby, further given to the General Public that Pastor Korede Komaiya and The Master’s Place Int’l Church will in no guise dishonour the tenets of honour in the body of Christ,” he affirmed.

The Ogbomoso-born stylish cleric warned harbingers of the evil tiding to hang off, describing it as unprofessional.

“Secondly, all micro-blogging outlets should desist from spreading this misconstrued and malicious information about Pastor E.A. Adeboye and Pastor Korede Komaiya as it defeats the code and ethics of true and thorough journalism.

“We Love and Celebrate You!” he noted.
