B-R-E-A-K-I-N-G: Former Delta State Deputy Governor Passes 

A former deputy governor of Delta State, Professor Amos Otuama, has passed. 

Otuama was deputy governor for eight years under the administration of inimitable Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan between 2007 and 2015.
