MEN of the Nigerian Army on Friday invaded the campus of the University of Benin, Edo State, brutalizing them over Thursday ATM debacle.
Sources said the soldiers returned to the campus to withdraw money from the ATM machine without a recourse to the queue they met.
Recall that there was a fisticuffs on Thursday between some soldiers and the students over the same issue of violating the queue to withdraw money without a consideration for the feeling of the students who had been queueing under the sun for hours.
Feeling confronted and slighted, the soldiers were said to have returned on Friday morning to maim and brutalize students queueing at the ATM machine.
One student was said to have been fatally injured with blood dripping from his head region.
In one of the videos, a soldier was seen being clubbed by students while the soldiers were seen pulping a student to unconsciousness in broad daylight.
