By A wayward driver in a Range Rover car has rammed a motorcyclist popularly called okada Saturday morning in Lagos with six persons fatally injured.
The accident
The metallic colour Range Rover with plate number Lagos KJA 947JH rammed the Okada at Coconut Inward Journey Mile 2, Lagos.
A post by LASTMA on its X handle on Saturday morning revealed that the accident has caused great traffic along the route while LASTMA officials are on ground to restore free flow of traffic.
The posts with a video attached reads:
“A range rover fatally rammed into a bike (Okada) at Coconut inward journey Mile 2 with 6 casualties already taken to the hospital.

“Officers from Trinity Police Division are on ground and LASTMA officers are also managing traffic as the backlog has extended to Tincan first gate.”
In the video, a mammoth crowd is seen gathered bemoaning the fate of the victims, while one of the “fatally” injured is seen being carried to a vehicle for onward transportation to a hospital.
