DAUGHTER of former governor of Delta State, Orode Uduaghan and the immediate past Commissioner for Information, Charles Aniagwu, have made the list of 26 commissioners-designate presented to the House of Assembly.
The unsigned state governor’s letterhead containing list of the commissioners-designate has no date.
The letter sighted by Stonix News on Wednesday was not also addressed to the speaker, but bore the voice of the governor of the state, Sheriff Oborevwori, requesting the state House of Assembly to consider the nominations.
Aniagwu, it will be recalled, was Chief Press Secretary to former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in his first term and Commissioner for Information during his second term.
Below is the content of the unsigned letter:

COMMISSIONERS AND MEMBERS OF THE DELTA STATE
NOMINATIONS EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
May I inform the Right Honourable Speaker and Members of the Delta State House of Assembly that in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 192 (2) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, (1999 as Amended), the underlisted persons are being nominated for confirmation by the Honourable House for appointment as Honourable Commissioners and Members of the Delta State Executive Council
