Chairman Of Private School Owners, Wife Kidnapped In Delta 

Chairman, National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS), Delta State chapter, Deacon Monday Ifoghere, has been kidnapped.

But the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Delta State, DSP Bright Edafe, told Stonix News on Monday that the command was yet to be informed of the incident.

Deacon Ifoghere was reportedly kidnapped on Sunday at about 7:00p.m while returning to his residence in Eku, Ethiope East Local Government Area of the state.

He was said to have been kidnapped alongside his wife, Mrs Ifoghere, amid sketchy details.

Ifoghere is the Executive Director of Patmon Schools, Eku.

It could not be ascertained if the kidnappers have contacted families of the victims for ransom.

It will be recalled that in that same axis of Eku-Abraka road, nine persons, including four final year students of the Delta State University (DELSU) were kidnapped by gunmen.
