A 16-year-old student, Arokoyo Oluwafemi Daniel, has emerged as one of the top scorers in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), securing an impressive aggregate score of 362.
Daniel, who hails from Kabba in Kogi State but resides in Owo, Ondo State, recorded outstanding individual scores of 77 in English, 96 in Physics, 91 in Biology, and 98 in Chemistry.
Currently a Senior Secondary School 3 student of Dominion Science Academy, Ijebu-Owo, Ondo State, Daniel has set his sights on studying Medicine and Surgery at the University of Ilorin, his first choice institution.

In an inspiring display of discipline and ambition, the teenager dedicated six to seven hours daily to study in preparation for the UTME.
He also credited educational apps such as Test Driller for helping him stay focused and sharpen his skills ahead of the examination.
Described as determined and persevering by those close to him, Daniel is the son of Mr Tony and Mrs Esther Arokoyo.
