MOTHER of a 12-year-old Chrisland International School student, Opebi branch, Lagos, Mrs Blessing Adeniran, has cried out over the death of her first child, Whitney Adeniran.
Mrs Adeniran took to her Instagram to relate to the world the mystery around the tragic death of her daughter during the school’s inter-house sports activities at Agege Stadium.

In the video on her Instagram page on Sunday, the tearful mother noted that her child slumped during the event at Agege Stadium and she was not informed before the school took Whitney to a hospital.
On getting to the hospital, which she described as an immunisation centre, Mrs Adeniran stated that she met her daughter stiff dead with her lips and tongue turned black.
She also noted that she was told that her daughter was taken to a certain Agege Central Hospital, which she said she couldn’t locate untill she went to Agege Central Mosque to ascertain if there was any hospital there.
The distraught mother averred that Whitney was not sick, neither did she have any underlying illness, but the doctor at the health centre said that her child may have suffered a cardiac arrest!
Mr Adeniran, who’s was in deep agony and years, further demanded that the school comes clean on what actually happened to her daughter so she could bury her in peace.
She called on all mothers, fathers and the Lagos State Police Command to investigate and furnish the world with what actually led to the death of her first child.
