MULTIPLE people were reportedly injured in a shooting in Southern Califonia on Friday.
According to authorities, the shooting occurred in Fallbrook, a village located about 50 miles north of San Diego.
The suspect, whose identity, as of the time of filing this report, had not been disclosed, is in custody in connection with the shooting.
Office of the California Governor, Gavin Newsom, via a tweet on Friday night, confirmed the incident, expressing its sympathy to those affected by the violence.
“Our thoughts are with those impacted by today’s act of violence, and all the Californians recovering from tragic shootings this year,” the office tweeted
Meanwhile, residents have been told to avoid the area due to the active crime scene.
