TRAGEDY struck in the boxing world as Nigerian boxer, Segun Olanrewaju, reportedly collapsed and lost his life during a match against a Ghanaian boxer at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

Eyewitness accounts shared on social media platform X described the devastating moment when Olanrewaju slumped mid-fight, leaving the audience in shock.

A viral post by user @oxygist captured the heartbreaking scene, with a caption that read:

“Heartbreaking moment a Nigerian boxer, Segun Olanrewaju, collapses and passes away in the ring during a match against a Ghanaian opponent last night.”

As the news spread, an outpouring of condolences flooded the comment section, with many expressing their shock and sadness at the untimely loss of the young boxer.
