Strictly For Adults: Best Time to Have Sex For Conception

By Dr Riches Danson

Often, couples ask when it is the best time to have sex for easy conception. This short professional advice could do the miracle you’ve been yearning for.

Note that because sperm lasts several days in the human body, and a woman’s egg only lasts for a maximum of 24 hours, the best time to have sex to get pregnant is a few days before the day of your ovulation.

Couples should begin having sex five days before the woman’s day of ovulation. The reason is that on that way, there’s more likelihood to be a healthy supply of sperm waiting in the Fallopian tube when an egg is released. And what you have next is a success story of conception.

Congratulations in advance, couples.
