GOD created sex for three major reasons: procreation, pleasure and exercise.
1. Procreation: After God formed Adam and Eve, he handed down the task of continuing his creation to man. Today, there are nearly eight billion people in the world. Guess what, 99.999% of humans who have ever walked the face of this earth came by way of intercourse. So while you’ll be busy sleeping tonight, for instance, your neighbours could be grinding deep.
#2. Pleasure: God created sex within the framework of marriage for procreation. But we are also told, sex is intimately pleasurable. In fact sex is so gratifyingly appealing that not only humans have sex for bonding or the fun if it. Animals such as bonobos, dolphins, langurs, lemurs, capuchin monkeys, lions, gorillas, macaques, chimpanzees and male sea otters all have sex for pleasure. Today, in most human philia and erotic unions, sex remains a bonding metaphor.

#3. Exercise: Sex helps humans burn fat. Research has shown that sex equates moderate exercise. One study showed that men burned about 100-200 calories per sex session or 4.2 calories per minute. Women burned about 69 calories during sex, or 3.1 calories per minute. To burn more calories during sex, get on top and try lasting longer. And instead of tying up your belly with corsets, body magic and tummy wraps to death for a flat tummy, why not try sex, more sex.
So if sex was created to serve man, why then do people pass away during intercourse? Well, this year alone, there have been well over 10 reports in the dailies about men usually giving up at their moments of mad ecstasy.
And many have asked “what really happened?”
If you are sexually connected to someone – a spouse, boyfriend girlfriend or partner and you’ve missed them for so long, there is the tendency for consensual sexual intimacy and coitus when you both get together. What you don’t discover is that there’s a lot happening simultaneously.
Your heart rate, breathing, and blood pressure hit the ceiling. Everything basically goes off the rails physiologically at a frightening pace. There’s a big increase in the production of oxytocin – a neurotransmitter related to feelings of pleasure and bonding. It’s the reason many snuggle and go into a deep sleep afterwards.
While all the physiological gymnastics were hit by your frame and nervous system, the weight of the sexual passion also hit many so hard that they died.
So you need to slow things down, especially if you have known ailments. This is because heavy orgasm (that type that gives you immediate headache) can cause blood vessels in the brain to rupture and ooops you are gone in the throes of passion.
The orgasm alone won’t kill you, but the increased cardiovascular activity and blood rush and surge can trigger a heart attack which can kill you.
On top all, you must not disappoint in the inner room..

Slow down! there’s no guarantee that if you die in the active service, you’ll make heaven.
