A woman who allegedly claimed ownership of a five-bedroom duplex during a church testimony has been arrested and arraigned by detectives from the Enugu State Police Command.
Loveth Helen Alo, 32, was taken into custody on 1 February 2025 after a petition accused her of falsely presenting the WTC Estate property in Enugu as hers while testifying at a Zion Prayer Ministry Movement Outreach in Lagos.

In a viral video, the suspect was seen attributing the acquisition of the house to divine blessing, with footage of the building displayed during her testimony.
Another video allegedly showed her stating that she had purchased the house for N200 million.
Police investigations revealed that her claims were false. According to the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Daniel Ndukwe, “The suspect confessed during interrogation that she acted alone and fabricated the story.”
She was arraigned before the Enugu North Magisterial District Court on 11 March 2025 on a five-count charge, including obtaining by false pretence with intent to defraud, defamation of character, and attempting to commit a felony by trying to sell the property.
The court granted her bail, and the case was adjourned to 9 April 2025 for further hearing.
