SENIOR Pastor of Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya has passed.
His passage was confirmed in the official Facebook page of the church.
He was said to have passed on Monday August 7 at the United States of America (USA).
The church said: “The fountain of Life Church Family, in total submission to the will of God Almighty announces the passing unto greater glory of our Father, Teacher, a great servant of the Most High God, Pastor Daniel Taiwo Odukoya, Founding Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, who passed unto glory on the 7th of August 2023 in the USA.
“We are in total submission to You LORD!!!
“We thank the Lord for the gift of greater leader!!!”
The fiery man of God lost his first wife, Pastor Bimbo Odukoya, with whom he had lovely children, to a fatal aircrash in Port Harcourt in 2005 while on a ministerial assignment.
Pastor Odukoya remarried a South African, Rosemary Simangele Zulu (Nomthi), on January 5, 2010, five years after the passage of Bimbo Odukoya.
Their marriage, which produced two sons, Timileyin and Jomiloju, ended in 2021 when Nomthi also passed.
Stonix News also recalled that barely two months after the loss of his second wife, Nomthi, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya also lost his twin sister, Kehinde Hassan in December 2021.
Pastor Daniel Taiwo Odukoya was born on June 15, 1956 in the then Kaduna, Northern Region, British Nigeria (now in Kaduna State, Nigeria).
He was aged 67.
