Father Mbaka’s Adoration Reopens

Michael Chukwuebuka, Reporting

Adoration Ministries, Enugu, Nigeria, founded by Ejike Camillus Anthony Ebenezer Mbaka, popularity known as Father Mbaka, has finally been reopened by the Enugu Catholic Diocese.

Stonix News reports that Mbaka is a Catholic cleric, musician and one of the most prominent clerics from the South East of Nigeria.

The reopening is coming months after the ministry was shut down by the Catholic Church authorities, following unpleasant utterances Fr Mbaka made against Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate.

The Bishop of the Enugu Diocese had announced resumption of ministrations in the ministry and at the ministerial centre, Emene.

“Happily the centre has been declared open with effect from Sunday, October 2, 2022,” he said.

Meanwhile, Fr. Mbaka, in a statement announcing the re-opening, said, “To the glory of God, Adoration Ministries starts on Sunday, 2nd October, 2022 with 10 am Mass. God bless you miraculously as you come joyfully.”
