Hoodlums have broken into a fast-rising gospel church, Revival City Christian Network Int’l (RCCN), and three others located in Alagbado, Lagos, stealing property worth millions of naira.

Stonix News gathered that the incident occurred night of Thursday January 27, 2022, as the rampaging burglars went from one church to another in the same community, emptying valuables in sight.
Senior Pastor of RCCN, Apostle Ojo Peter Korede, while confirming the burglary to Stonix News, said he was at his church auditorium on Friday morning for a programme when they met the church auditorium vandalised and burgled.

Stonix News reports that RCCN auditorium is located at 1, Ojedaramola Street, off Ajasa, off AIT road, Kola bus stop, Alagbado, Lagos.
“We went to the Church for Rising Army Prayers, when we met the church burgled.
“All church item was stolen. We thank God still,” he enthused.

According to the founder, the church, which is still at its infancy, lost its two 42 inches screen, Sony Laptop, keyboard,
two Amplifier engines, a Mixer and a Guitar to the hoodlums.
He listed the items and their worth as follows: Yamaha Mixer (16 channels), N80, 000; Yamaha Piano (E series), worth N115, 000; Base Guitar, N28, 000; Sony Laptop, N65, 000;
42 inches LG TV screen worth N155, 000 and two Amplifier engines worth N100, 000.
The cleric, popularly called ‘Apostle’ by his admirers, said the hoodlums, who operated unhindered, also emptied three other churches in the same community the fateful night.

He, however, disclosed that the incident has been reported at the
Alagbado Divisional Police Station, Lagos, with the police operatives promising to track down the hoodlums.
