THE founder and General Overseer of the Word Of Life Bible Church, Pastor Ayodele Oritsejafor, popularly called Papa Ayo, has revealed how God saved him from an aggressive cancer.

He made the disclosure in a Facebook viral video of one of his services in the church’s headquarters in Warri Delta State.

The cleric narrated that there was a time he was going to America “full of cancer” and another man he knew well was also headed to the United Kingdom with the same type of cancer.

According to him, while he was returning to Nigeria and walked into the plane by himself, the other man in the UK was also returning, but in a casket!

He added that he was not better than the man who didn’t survive, but that God remembered and had mercy on him.

“What I have not told you, I was going to America full of cancer. I didn’t tell you. I looked normal because that was my real life.

“When I was leaving for America, somebody I know was leaving for the UK with the same kind of cancer I had. It was an aggressive cancer.

“The day I boarded the flight coming back to Nigeria, he was in a casket coming back to Nigeria.

“I’m not better than him, but God remembered me. He remembered my heart because I have always had a heart for God.

“I told God, if you saved me from this, I will double my service, I will serve you twice more. Then he saved me and brought me home,” he reminicesed.
