A former Presidential Amnesty Programme, Professor Charles Dokubo, has passed.
He reportedly died on Wednesday night at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.
The deceased hailed from Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local government of Rivers State.
He was 70 years.
Stonix News reports that Professor Dokubo was fired by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2020 over allegations of corruption leveled against him.
