Warri Constituency At The Heart Of INEC Corruption Debate In New Book


THE Warri Reclamation Thrust has announced the launch of a new book titled INEC and Corrupt Practices: The Siamese Twins and Warri Federal Constituency in Lagos on Saturday, 27 September 2025.

The book launch is contained in an invitation spotted by Stonix News on Friday.

The publication, authored by legal practitioners Robinson Ariyo, Esq., and Jolone Ikomi, Esq., examines the nexus between electoral malpractices and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), with particular reference to the Warri Federal Constituency.

According to the invitation, the event is scheduled to take place at the Imperial Banquet Hall, The Lilygate Lagos, located at 2 Olubunmi Owa Street, off Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1.

The launch is billed to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and is expected to attract stakeholders from the legal, political, and academic communities.

Stonix News reports that the Warri Federal Constituency consisting of the Ijaw, Itsekiri and Urhobo, has been embroiled in a supremacy battle over a controversial Ward and unit re-delineation recently carried out by INEC.
