MANCHESTER United midfielder Scott Mctominay, in an exclusive interview with MUTV after Wednesday’s game, said his recent goal-scoring ability for both club and country awakened when he started believing in himself to get in the right positions and finish.
The Scottish international scored twice on Wednesday night as the Reds won 2 goals to 1 at Old Trafford against Chelsea.
His brace on Wednesday night took the Red Devils to the sixth spot on the log with 27 points.
“It’s something I want to keep building in terms of my game.
“People tell me that I can do more of it and I can score goals and you just have to believe in yourself.
“My mum and dad have always said just get in the box and try and score goals, and my grandad at home, and sometimes it’s just believing in yourself.

“As long as the team are playing well and I am contributing then I am happy,” he said.
So far, Scott Mctominay has scored 6 goals in the Premier League for Manchester United this season, making him the club’s top scorer.
