THE Ovie of Idjerhe Kingdom, HRM Monday Obukohwo Whiskey, Udurhie I, has bagged an academic PhD at the Delta State University (DELSU).
Today Saturday was his convocation at the ceremony graced by Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori and several traditional rulers mostly from Delta’s State.
