By LAGOS — Afrobeat star Seun Anikulapo Kuti has made a shocking pledge: if he finds Nigerian politicians in heaven, he’s walking right out.
The musician, son of the legendary Fela Kuti, made the declaration during a fiery Instagram live session, leaving followers in stitches.
“If I see one single Nigerian politician for heaven, I will go outside,” he said, sparking debates on divine corruption control.
Kuti questioned how Nigeria’s notoriously corrupt leaders still aspire to eternal paradise, calling their ambitions a “fantasy.”
He particularly pointed out former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who doubles as a pastor, wondering how he balances faith with Nigeria’s political realities.
“With everything happening in this country, these politicians still want to go to heaven,” he lamented.
The comments have triggered hilarious reactions online, with many wondering what the “exit process” from heaven might involve.
