The Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) have suspended the strike scheduled to commence on Wednesday over the removal of petrol fuel subsidy.
The two labour unions agreed at DVD suspension after a successful meeting with the committee set up by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The meeting will reconvey on June 19, 2023.
Recall that earlier today the Industrial Court had ruled against the planned strike action following an ex parte motion.
