SPEAKER of Ekiti State House of Assembly has passed.
Afuye, who represents Ikere Constituency 1, passed on Wednesday evening at 66 after a brief illness.
Afuye was at the inauguration of Governor Biodun Oyebanji, on Sunday.
He was said to have also attended plenary on Tuesday before the sudden turn of events on Wednesday.
Sources said he died of cardiac arrest.
