INEC Throws Out Recall Petition Against Natasha

AGAIN, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has floored her traducers as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has thrown out the recall petition against her.

In a terse statement on Thursday, the electoral commission said the petition did not meet the requirements of the constitution.

Senator Natasha had, in the wake of a seat dispute with Akpabio, accused the lawmaker of sexual harassment.

INEC said the petition to recall the Senator representing Kogi Central has not met requirements.
