GENERAL Overseer of Christ Trumpeters Church, Ilesa-Akure Expressway, Osun State, Nigeria, Pastor Joseph Okunola Oludare, has passed.
The 73-year-old cleric passed on Sunday, but his demise was announced during a weekly service on Monday, 5th June, 2023.
He was said to have taken ill briefly before he passed.
“The news of his transition to eternal glory was shocking and devastating; I did not believe when I was told until I confirmed from a reliable source.
“May The Lord grant him eternal rest,” said a church member.
The man of God, who started the mission over two decades ago, was renown for his teachings against payment of tithes.
No official statement has been gotten from thr mission as regards the incident.
