By OPERATIVES of the Nigeria Police Force, Lagos Command, have arrested the teac myher caught on viral footage physically abusing a three-year-old school boy in Ikorodu.
Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, in a terse statement on Wednesday evening, said the abuser, Stella Nwadigo, was arrested on Wednesday.

“Child Abuse: One Stella Nwadigo, aged 45, the teacher, who physically abused the 3-year-old Abayomi Micheal of Christ-Mitots School in Ikorodu, has been arrested by the police.
“She was arrested today, Wednesday 8th Jan, 2025, immediately after the criminal act. Justice must be served. Thanks,” the statement read.
Stonix News reports that Nwadigo was captured in a viral video maltreating the three-year-old pupil in the private school.
The video of the incident went viral on the internet early Wednesday, drawing widespread condemnations, criticisms, and comments.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Education, has also begun investigations into the incident with the officials of the Lagos State Government expected to visit the school as part of the investigations into the child abuse saga.
