Police letter of invitation to prophet adelana Solomon
A cleric of the Cherubim & Seraphim Church (C&S), Prophet Adelana Adekunle Solomon, popular on Instagram as Oba Solomon, has been invited by the Nigeria Police Force, for interrogation on his claim.
The church of the white garment cleric, C &S Church of Zion, Oke-Igbala, Ise Town, is located at Ibeju-Lekki, near Epe in Lagos.
Stonix News gathered that the controversial preacher was invited in a statement by the police over a petition preferred against him.
The invitation letter read in part; “The office is investigating a matter reported to the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 2 Police Command, Onikan Lagos.”
“In order to facilitate investigation, you are requested to report to the office in-charge of Zonal Complaint Response Unit, CSP Olukode Taofiki with GSM No. 08063250810 on 2nd February, 2022 by 1000hrs.”
The letter further stated that the invitation is “a fact finding exercise in the interest of justice and fairness.”
A check on Oba Solomon’s Instagram page reveals he has been a strong critic of the Buhari-led Federal Government and members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, (APC).
A recent post of the preacher where he was criticising the National Leader of the ruling party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was also sighted in his post.
Speaking in the video that led to his invitation, the Prophet said, “If I am a true Prophet of God, Tinubu will not become the President of Nigeria and if he becomes the President, he will not spend 4 years before he will die.”
Stonix News reports that the former Lagos State governor had recently declared his intention to run for the country’s president in 2023 to President Muhammadu Buhari and promised to make an open declaration to Nigerians after further consultations.
His further consultations after that of Aso Villa took him to some parts of northwest and southwest before jetting out to the UK for a purported further consultations.
