3 Injured As Building Collapses In Abuja

A two-storey building, believed to be a plaza, has collapsed in Kubwa, a satelite town of the Federal Capital territory, Abuja, injuring three persons.

The building reportedly caved in late Thursday and was said to be under construction for few months.

Three persons trapped in the building have been rescued and escavators had since commenced rescue mission to rescuing any other persons trapped in the ruble.

Stonix News reports that no death has been recorded so far.

However, emergency management officials from the police, civil defence, fire service and Federal Road Safety Corps are sighted on ground.
