JUST IN: Again, Oborevwori Floors Omo-Agege, Gbagi At Supreme Court

GOVERNOR Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has floored governorship candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Ovie Omo-Agege and Kenneth Gbagi at the Supreme Court of Nigeria on Friday.

The dismissed the appeal field by Omo Agege against the victory of Governor Oborevwori in the March 18 Governship election.

Justice Nyang Okoro, who prepared and read the judgement, affirmed that the Appellant failed to proved his case.

He noted that he failed to provide substantial evidence to prove that the election failed to comply with the.provisions of the Electoral Act.

The Court also resolved all issues against the appellant.

Similarly, the Supreme Court of Nigeria, dismissed the appeal filed by Kenneth Gbagi against the election victory of Governor Oborevwori of Delta State.

In a judgement read by Justice Garba Lawal, the court held that there was no substance in all the issues raised by the Appellant and thereby resolved same against him.

All members of the panel agreed to the judgement.
