Prof Adebowale
This is consequent upon the decision of the Senate of the university at a Special Meeting held on Monday 17 October, 2022 that academic activities resume from Monday, 24 October, 2022 for the continuation of the distrupted 2021/2022 academic session.
The Halls of Residence opened from Sunday, 23 October, 2022,
The inspection team went round the halls to identify those things that needed to be put in place to make them habitable and comfortable after being locked up in the last seven months.
Stonix News recalled that the students were directed to vacate the halls on 17 March, 2022 following an extension of the national strike action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
