KIDNAPPED former DVC, Academics, University of Ibadan, Professor Adigun Agbaje, has been freed by his abductors.
“Prof AGBAJE has just been released about few hours ago. He is okay and undergoing medical checkup,” a terse message credited to Ag Head of Department, Political Science, UI, Prof Remi Aiyede, doing the rounds, stated.
Erudite Professor of Political Science was abducted Friday night along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway by terrorists who later demanded N50 million ransom from his family.
