By TENSION is building up in Anambra State, following an alleged kidnap of the State Commissioner for Youth Development Mr. Patrick Agha Mbah and his wife enroute Abuja.
The kidnapped commissioner and his wife, who were kidnapped by gunmen in Kogi State in the early hours of Friday, were headed to Abuja for the wedding ceremony of Lady Adaora Soludo, the daughter of Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State.
The tying of the nuptial knot between Soludo’s daughter and her husband, Mr Ibekwe, is billed for tomorrow Saturday in Abuja.
Stonix News gathered that activities of government have been on standstill as top aides of the governor relocated to Abuja for the wedding ceremony expected to attract who is who across the country.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the State Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, hasn’t made any statement on the incident.
