Daughter Of Amala – Ewedu Vendor Slumps, Dies In Delta

A lady, simply identified as Iyabo, has slumped and died after returning from an alleged all-night party.

Iyabo’s mother is said to be a popular Amala and Ewedu food merchant at Larboard Road, Sapele, Delta State.

She reportedly slumped while trying to bathe in her compound at Urban Area in Sapele, Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State.

Iyabo was said to have woken up supposedly hail and hearty on Monday after returning from the party, but suddenly slumped en route the bathroom.

She was said to have allegedly partied all night on Sunday, but returned home in a moody.

The source, who wondered what could have caused her sudden death. said that the deceased did not show any sign of sickness the previous day before.

Meanwhile, mother of the deceased, popularly called Mama Iyabo, has lamented the sudden demise of her daughter.

She, however, but said that she took solace in Allah, just as the deceased has been buried according to Muslim rites.

Authorities of the Delta State Police Command have yet to comment on the incident.
