THE Chairman of the Ifie-Kporo Community Management Committee, in Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade (Dr) Monday Agbeyi, has extended his congratulations to Chief Solomon Arenyeka following his election as the new State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State.
In a press statement issued on Wednesday in Warri, Dr Agbeyi praised the emergence of Chief Arenyeka, describing it as a pivotal decision by the party’s leadership and members to bolster its prospects for success in the 2027 general elections.

Dr Agbeyi characterised Chief Arenyeka as a “square peg in a square hole,” hailing him as one of the most accomplished political figures to assume the party’s leadership at this critical juncture.
He noted that the new chairman is a thoroughly grounded grassroots politician with a deep understanding of Delta State’s political terrain.
Commenting on Chief Arenyeka’s leadership qualities, Dr Agbeyi described him as a charismatic, people-centric, and astute political leader equipped with the necessary experience to guide a progressive party such as the APC in the state.
Having known the new chairman personally, Dr Agbeyi expressed confidence in his ability to navigate the state’s complex political landscape.
He stated that the party’s leadership had made an impeccable choice by entrusting Chief Arenyeka with the responsibility of steering the APC toward resounding victories in the 2027 elections and beyond.
The Ifie-Kporo community leader also congratulated the newly elected state executives and commended party members for the successful conduct of the state congress.
He urged all key stakeholders to set aside personal differences and prioritise the party’s collective interest.
Dr Agbeyi, however, called on members to rally behind Chief Arenyeka’s leadership, offering the necessary support to help the party achieve its strategic objectives.
