REPORTS have it that a Secondary School teacher in Ogun State, Mrs Oluwatosin Aina, slumped and passed in her school premises.
The incident occurred at Olokinne High School, Ojowo, Ijebu Igbo in Ijebu North Local Government Area of the state on Thursday.
Mrs Aina had reportedly driven herself to school the fateful day but started feeling feverish shortly after arriving at the school.
Said to be a Grade Level 14 teachers and teaches Christian Religious Knowledge (CRK), she was said to have taken permission from the principal to hurry for a check up at a clinic.
She, however, slumped right beside her car while trying to drive herself to the hospital.
She was hurriedly conveyed to the annex of the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH), Ijebu Igbo, where she was confirmed dead on arrival.
Described as a dedicated and loving teacher, Mrs Aina’s threw the atmosphere of school into mourning as students and colleagues wept bitterly over her sudden passage.
Mrs Aina, married to a retired Principal within Ijebu Igbo, was said to be in her late 50s.
