Part of the Kaduna residence of renowned Islamic scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, was, on Saturday, gutted by fire, Stonix News can report.
The fire, it was gathered, started at a section of the Islamiyya School.
The fire was said to be belching from one of the classrooms, with the possible cause yet unknown.
It was gathered that efforts came from residents of the area to contain the fire.
Meanwhile, the Islamic Scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, has described the fire incident at his residence as the will of Allah.
He added that the cause of the fire was still unknown because at the time the incident happened, there was no power supply.
“But we thank God, the outbreak did not spread to other buildings.
“People around and others have come to offer help,” he said.
