OML 150 Communities Consultative Forum Committee, under the leadership of Dr Monday Agbeyi, has called on Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III to call Chief Billy Besigiwa, Johnson Onire, Fidelix Orugboh and Samson Agintan to order to avert communal crisis in the OML 150 Area.
The forum described a publication on a Warri-based online media, Fresh Angle International, purportedly claiming the dissolution of the forum, as not only misleading and mischievous, but a ploy to cause serious anarchy in the various communities that make up the OML 150 Communities Consultative Forum in Warri, Delta State.

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori
The leadership made the call in a statement signed by its Vice Chairman, Comrade Emmanuel Afotan, while reacting to the publication which, according to the statement, is a product of an imaginary fictional tale laden with baseless fantasising statements by some dissident and self-serving individuals lacking the locus to speak on the creation, operations and mandate of the Forum.
Noting that the purported dissolution of the Forum was, ab initio, null and void, the statement noted the Latin legal maxim, ‘Nemo dat quod non habet’, meaning you cannot give what you don’t have, and cannot also collect what you have not given.
This, the forum, therefore, questioned how a handful of dissident individuals bent on throwing the entire OML 150 Host Communities into chaos for their personal gains, can claim to have dissolved a Forum they did not set up in the first place.

Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III
While citing the letters of inauguration/introduction of the Dr Monday Agbeyi-led OML 150 Communities Consultative Forum Committee by the Delta State Government through the State Ministry of Oil and Gas as well as that of the Palace of the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR, the Forum in their statement noted that the action of the individuals behind the said publication is an affront on the authority of the State Government and the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR, urging the general public to disregard them and their antics.
The forum called on the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR, to call the likes of Chief Billy Besigiwa, Johnson Onire, Fidelix Orugboh and Samson Agintan to order before they cause serious communal crisis in the OML 150 Area.
It added that if Chief Billy Besigiwa, a Palace Chief in the Palace of the Olu of Warri, has regards for the revered monarch, he would have, at least, waited for the tenure granted the forum by the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR, to expire before proceeding with his self-serving antics.
