THE Lagos State Police Command says it has summoned all members of Davido’s domestic staff to their station for interrogation over the alleged drowning of Ifeanyi on Monday.
Stonix News reports that there had been back and forth death rumour of Davido’s boy since late Monday with both mainstream and social media unable to categorically ascertain the veracity of the death claim.
But on Tuesday morning, Lagos Police Command’s spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, said Davido’s domestic staff had been summoned for questioning after Ifeanyi’s death went viral.
Davido and his fiance, Chioma Rowland, were reportedly away from the house when the three-year-old drowned in a pool at his father’s house in Banana Island on Monday.
Meanwhile, a preliminary investigation is currently ongoing to unravel the cause Ifeanyi’s death.
