Following the Wednesday morning explosion that hit the Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Vessel known as Trinity Spirit FPSO in Ugborodo (Escravos) offshore location, Warri South – West Local Government Area in Delta State, three persons have been confirmed dead.
Stonix News gathered about 12 persons aboard the vessel are yet to be accounted for.
The explosion, it’ll be recalled, occurred on Wednesday February 2, at about 1:00a.m, causing great panic among workers in the facility and a devastation to the fishing business of locales.
Stonix News further gathered that the vessel produces crude oil and it is situated around Meren, a North Field Oil Facility.
