Ola ‘Kiya, Reporting

One of the earliest architects Ogori community in Ogori-Magongo Local Government Area of Kogi State has ever produced, Revd Solomon Durojaiye Balosibina, has passed.

The Abuja-based Herbal Practitioner, who’s also a cleric at the Foursquare Gospel Church, Nigeria, passed on Saturday February 12, 2022, at 68.

He reportedly died at the National Hospital, Abuja on Saturday after a brief illness.

Rev. Balosibina, fondly called ‘Solo’ by his peers at Ogori, was the first of six children of Pa and Mama David Arogunmasa of Eni Quarters of Ogori.

His late father, Pa Arogunmasa, was the people’s readily-available, generous, herbal doctor, whose dexterity in the indigenous medical art, saved many lives for ages in the community of professors.

Rev. Balosibina, borrowing from the immense wealth of knowledge of his late father, ventured into herbal medicine with breakthroughs in tackling sickle cell scourge, HIV and hepertitise, among other health challenges.

Youngest brother of the deceased, Pharm. Ajijola Makanjuola Arogunmasa, who spoke with Stonix News on Monday, confirmed the incident.

The Abuja-based Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Esoma Pharmaceutical Ltd, said burial arrangements of the deceased would be made public in no time.

Rev. Balosibina left behind his lovely wife, children, grand children, siblings and centenarian mother.
