Michael Chukwuebuka With Agency Report
AMERICAN-Born Allison Fluke-Ekren has been sentenced to 20 years in prison on Tuesday, 1st of November, 2022, after she pleaded guilty of leading an all-female Islamic State (ISIS) military battalion.
The 42-year-old Allison pleaded guilty of the charges before the federal prosecutor’s office in Virginia’s Eastern District.
According to reports, Allison, prior to her capture in Syria, trained over 100 women and girls on how to use AK-47 rifles, grenades and how to detonate explosives for the military group, ISIS.
Stonix News gathered that Allison Fluke-Ekren; a mother of 2, left her children behind in the United States for Egypt in 2008 after her secret wedding with an ISIS’ sniper leader.
While Allison’s son accused her of trying to persuade him to leave the U.S. for Syria, to prevent him from providing information to authorities, her daughter, during the sentencing hearing on Tuesday, also accused her mother of coercing her to marry an ISIS fighter at the age of 13, among several abuses.
However, Fluke-Ekren’s lawyer debunked the accusations from her children on Monday 30th, during a court filing, describing them as an “uncorroborated” and “un-investigated” accusations.
“…so outrageous they are inherently incredible,” the filing added.
Reports also have it that after a criminal complaint charges was filed against Allison in 2019, the all-female ISIS leader tried to avoid capture by U.S. authorities, by sending a false information to relatives, informing them of her demise.
She has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after being captured early this year in Syria by FBI.
