THE Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State has paused all political activities for the week in honour of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi, who drowned on Monday in Lagos.
Stonix News reports that Davido is a cousin to the Osun State Governor-elect, Ademola Adeleke.
The afrobeats super star reportedly lost his son after he drowned in a pool in his house at Banana Island, Lagos State.
This came just a few days after Ifeanyi’s third year birthday bash.
A statement by the Osun State Caretaker Chairman of PDP, Dr Adekunle Akindele, expressed sadness over the incident.
He prayed God to console the family, reiterating the suspension of all PDP political activities at least for the rest of the week.
