By PALPABLE panic is the word around Jibowu area of Yaba in Lagos State early Wednesday as fire engulfs the multi-storey office complex of the West African Examination Council (WAEC).
Firefighters and other emergency workers are currently battling to arrest the inferno as of the time of filing this report.
Stonix News gathered that the fire might have started from an electric spark from one of the appliances in one of the offices in the building.
As a result, many workers in the multi-storey building scampered to safety at the ground floor of the building.
