PERSONNEL of the Nigerian Navy’s Forward Operating Base (FOB), Escravos, have deactivated three illegal refining sites in Obodo Omadinho, in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State.
This is in a continued effort to curb crude oil theft and economic sabotage in the Niger Delta region.
