THE Delta State Police Command has, in a statement, notified Deltans, who applied for the 9th Regular Course of the Nigerian Police Academy of the screening date.
According to the statement signed by Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) DSP Bright Edafe, the physical and credential screening are to commence from Monday, September 26, to Saturday, October 1, 2022.
The venue and time of the screening were also slated to take place at Cenotaph parade ground, Asaba, Delta State at 8:00a.m.
Applicants have therefore, advised to some with the following documents:
They are to present evidence of good character from their village/district head, certificate of origin signed by Local Government Chairman or Secretary and National identity number (NIN) slip.
Other documents include: Original and duplicate copy of O’level credentials result(s) and jamb result print out, Birth certificate/declaration of age, application profile page printout, Duly completed guarantor’s form and Invitation slip.
The statement concluded with the Commissioner of Police, CP. Ari Muhammed success wish for the applicants.
The statement read in full: “The Delta State Police Command wishes to inform members of the public, particularly indigenes of Delta State who applied for admission into the 9th Regular Course of the Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) Wudil, Kano State, that the physical/credential screening exercise is slated to hold as follows;
“Date: Monday, 26th September to Saturday, in 1st of October 2022
Venue: Cenotaph parade ground Asaba, at
Time: 0800hrs
“Applicants are to come along with the following:
Evidence of physical/mental fitness report from a government recognized medical hospital.
“Evidence of good character from village/district head of the applicant.
“Certificate of origin signed by Local Government Chairman or Secretary. National identity number (NIN) slip. Original and duplicate copy of credentials O’level result(s) and jamb result print out.
“Birth certificate/declaration of age.
“Print out of application profile page.
“Duly completed guarantor’s form
“Invitation slip.
“Any applicant who fails to present items mentioned above (i-ix) will not be considered for screening.
“The Commissioner of Police CP. Ari Muhammed Ali FCIA, Psc+ wishes all applicants success during the exercise.
