Champion of Translational Research

Perhaps most impactful is his translation of laboratory findings into practical solutions addressing public health challenges. His role in the development of ABUAD VIRUCIDINE (an antiviral syrup for COVID-19), ABMal (a malaria treatment), and Natucadin (an anti-ageing supplement), reflects a rare synergy between academia and industry. These interventions signify a commitment to making science work for society, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa where healthcare burdens are high and resources are limited.
