B-R-E-A-K-I-N-G: Supreme Court Upholds Fubara’s Victory As Gov

THE Supreme Court of Nigeria has upheld the election of Fubara Siminalayi Fubara as the governor of Rivers State and dismissed the Appeal filed by Tonye Cole of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The five-man panel of justice led by Justice Nwane Abaji, maintained that the Appeal by Tonye Cole lacked merit and devoid of substance.

The court, in the judgement presided over by Justice Kekere-Ekun and read by Justice Ibrahim Saulawa, resolved all issues raised in the appeal against the appellant.
