AN industrial plant explosion outside Cleveland on Monday, left more than a dozen persons injured.
According to sources, the blast at the Schumann & Co. metal alloy manufacturer in Oakwood Village, southeast of Cleveland, was described as a “large explosion.”

A captain with the Oakwood Fire Department, name withheld, said at least one person with a critical injury, was flown by helicopter to a hospital.

Although the fire was under control after the blast, but crews were still working on hot spots for several hours on Monday.

In a video footage from the scene, reviewed by NBC News, the blast created a smoke plume that could be seen for miles
All employees at the scene of the blast have been accounted for.
